Almond Tuile Cookies - Butter

Almond from CA and President butter from France. Tasty food made from good natural ingredients. We use high quality natural ingredients without chemical additives and preservatives. Less sugar, more flavor.


Almond Tuile Cookies - Cacao

Using 70% CACAO BARRY dark chocolate as main ingredient. Coco nibs were splashed on the surface of the cookies then put into the oven and bake. The flavor of cookies is multi-layers. Dark chocolate mixed with fruity nibs and baked almond. What a perfect match. 


Almond Tuile Cookies - Golden Yolk

The egg yolks were went through the traditional processing which was marinating the egg with a big amount of salt, and then letting it sit in a pottery for 25~35 days. The result of the egg yolks was warm and flavorful. The salted egg yolk brings a new dimension to the palate. So mummy.

Madeleine is a traditional small cake from northeastern France. We carefully select premium ingredients to make Madeleine in a whole new level.

Only high-quality natural ingredients were using, no artificials. Less sugar more flavor.


Tangerine Madeleine

Starting from fresh tangerines. Soak the peel with juice together in orange liqueur for a week and then use it altogether to make madeleine. Tangerine Madeleine is pack with flavor. Like ripe tangerine bursting in your mouth. Mild acidity balances the sweetness. The Isigny AOP butter brings different layers of flavor to it. Fresh and tasty. (none residual alcohol )  


Fig Madeleine

Soak dried fig in rum for a week to bring out the flavor. The flavor of fig madeleine is truly amazing. The texture in the mouth is not only fluffy. You will also have a crunchy felling at the same time when you bit the seed. Yummy and fun.  (none residual alcohol )  


Rose Madeleine

The rose is from an organic farm in Pingtung, Taiwan. We use fresh rose petals to make rose marmalade, and then add some strawberry wine from Dahu into the making of madeleine. The rose aroma is outstanding.  Perfumed and delicacy. You can find the whole rose petals in madeleine. (none residual alcohol )      


Black Tea Madeleine

Ruby Guava Madeleine

Selected from Yujing in Tainan, Taiwan, this guava variety is 100% natural with no added colors or artificial flavors. The flesh is plump and has a firm texture. Through a unique process, the guava is halved and deseeded, then slow-baked at low temperatures. The delicious red flesh is rich in lycopene, preserving the complete nutrition of the guava. During production, dried ruby guava pieces are soaked in rum to release their fragrance. You'll experience the texture of the fruit and a slight crunchy sensation, creating a mouthwatering and memorable combination of sweetness and aroma.

Peach Madeleine

Utilizing Taiwan's Lala Mountain peaches, these fresh peaches are peeled and slow-baked at low temperatures to create dried fruit pieces. The taste of the dried fruit transforms from sweetness to a rich peach flavor. 100% natural with no added colors or artificial flavors. During production, dried peach pieces are soaked in white peach wine to enhance the aroma. You'll find pieces of dried fruit, and the sweet and tangy peach flavor combined with the rich aroma of the cake creates a multi-layered delight that appeals to both adults and children – truly irresistible.

Lemon Madeleine

Carefully selected from the Sen Xing Farm in Puli, Nantou, these organic, seedless native lemons thrive in a mid-altitude area. The hilly terrain and temperature fluctuations between day and night enhance the lemon's fragrance, creating a delightful balance of sweetness and acidity. Blended with Isigny AOP cream, eggs, honey, flour, almond powder, and a touch of natural fruit syrup for added flavor. With each bite of the Madeleine, the refreshing aroma of lemon zest unfolds in your mouth, offering a light and invigorating sweet-sour experience.

Passion Fruit Madeleine

Utilizing organic Taiwan Pineapple Passion Fruit grown in the Sen Xing Farm in Puli, Nantou, this passion fruit variety is rich in aroma and tantalizingly sweet and sour. The fruit pulp is hand-extracted, intentionally leaving the seeds for a full and distinct texture that enhances the aromatic experience with every bite. The crunch of the seeds adds an extra layer of complexity. During product development, we debated whether to remove the seeds. We repeatedly asked ourselves whether having seeds in the Madeleine would make it appear imperfect. However, in the end, we realized that retaining this imperfection actually enhances the flavor and adds another layer of texture. Imperfections can also be charming, right? 😘
