Starting from fresh tangerines. Soak the peel with juice together in orange liqueur for a week and then use it altogether to make madeleine. Tangerine Madeleine is pack with flavor. The rose is from an organic farm in Pingtung, Taiwan. We use fresh rose petals to make rose marmalade, and then add some strawberry wine from Dahu into the making of madeleine. The rose aroma is outstanding. Perfumed and delicacy. You can find the whole rose petals in madeleine. (none residual alcohol )
Black Tea Madeleine
90 years old vine black tea from the famous Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan. Organic growth, hand picking. Follow the traditional tea making method. Soak the tea in rum for a week then use it to make madeleine. The tea aroma is so profound. The blak tea and butter is a perfect match. (none residual alcohol )
