Carefully selected from a 50-year-old renowned store in Taipei, "Wei Feng Pork Floss," this product uses Taiwanese warm-bodied black pork slaughtered within 4 to 6 hours. Only the 18-ounce ham tendon meat from the hind leg is used, and it is baked using traditional family recipes and sauce to lock in the meat juices. The pork floss is handmade through stir-frying and does not contain preservatives or artificial colorings, presenting a perfect nostalgic flavor.

Wei Feng Pork Floss is paired with French President fermented cream and top-quality California almonds, offering a savory taste with a hint of sweetness.
