The egg yolks were went through the traditional processing which was marinating the egg with a big amount of salt, and then letting it sit in a pottery for 25~35 days. The result of the egg yolks was warm and flavorful. The salted egg yolk brings a new dimension to the palate. So mummy.

Almond Tuile Cookies - Pork Floss (Savory)

Carefully selected from a 50-year-old renowned store in Taipei, "Wei Feng Pork Floss," this product uses Taiwanese warm-bodied black pork slaughtered within 4 to 6 hours. Only the 18-ounce ham tendon meat from the hind leg is used, and it is baked using traditional family recipes and sauce to lock in the meat juices. The pork floss is handmade through stir-frying and does not contain preservatives or artificial colorings, presenting a perfect nostalgic flavor.

Wei Feng Pork Floss is paired with French President fermented cream and top-quality California almonds, offering a savory taste with a hint of sweetness. When you take a bite, the fresh and sweet meat juices mingle with the fragrant cream, and the savory pork floss and nutty aftertaste make it hard to stop eating, one mouthful after another.

Starting from fresh tangerines. Soak the peel with juice together in orange liqueur for a week and then use it altogether to make madeleine. Tangerine Madeleine is pack with flavor. Rose Madeleine

The rose is from an organic farm in Pingtung, Taiwan. We use fresh rose petals to make rose marmalade, and then add some strawberry wine from Dahu into the making of madeleine. The rose aroma is outstanding.  Perfumed and delicacy. You can find the whole rose petals in madeleine. (none residual alcohol )      

Black Tea Madeleine
