Almond Tuile Cookies - Cacao

Using 70% CACAO BARRY dark chocolate as main ingredient. Coco nibs were splashed on the surface of the cookies then put into the oven and bake. The flavor of cookies is multi-layers. Dark chocolate mixed with fruity nibs and baked almond. What a perfect match.

90 years old vine black tea from the famous Sun Moon Lake. Organic growth, hand picking. Follow the traditional tea making method. High quality black tea brings a beautiful aroma to the almond tuile cookies.
