德國的耶誕節慶麵包，延續傳統的製作方式。使用法國進口伊斯尼AOP發酵奶油與日本奧本製粉，麵糰裡加入了各式以蘭姆酒醃漬的手工自製的水果乾（葡萄乾、無花果、草莓乾、橙皮、檸檬皮 ），還有各式堅果（杏仁碎、核桃、腰果、開心果、肉桂粉）與特製的杏仁膏。趁著烘烤出爐，表面刷上一層焦糖奶油後裹上海藻糖，表面再灑上少許的白色糖粉，彷彿被白雪覆蓋，充滿冬季浪漫風情。

一口咬下能同時品嘗到蛋糕與麵包的口感、肉桂與豐富的果乾帶出極佳的風味與精彩的層次感，甜度適中不膩，切成薄片，搭配茶、咖啡、甜酒等飲品一同享用，給您滿滿的耶誕氣氛。
